Anthony is the Director of EHS Building Services has more than 15 years experience in construction and building services. Along with his graduation  in diploma of building  and  Certificate 4 in building and construction  management he demonstrates strong skills as per following:

  • Preparing method statements, scheduling and construction programs.
  • Reviewing designs, contracting, and overseeing architect and contractors
  • Advising on alternative materials and construction methods for time-cost management.
  • Contractual management skills, handling of contracts, preparation and review of contractual claims, preparation of progress claims, negotiation for new rates of extra work claims, and variation orders.
  • Coordination of sub contractors, preparing specifications and contract documents and contract administration.
  • Decision making within limited time and information constrain.
  • Implementing site office practice, inspections and safety procedures.

His  management skills continue to deliver outstanding results for EHS, where he takes pride in leading by example, working together with his teams to get the job done.
